Returns & Exchange Policy

At Zaviya, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help make things right.

Return & Exchange Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • In the original packaging with all tags attached

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Please note, certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or made-to-order pieces

  • Intimates or personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us at zaviya.co@gmail.com or fill out our Contact Form.

  2. Include your order number, reason for return/exchange, and any relevant photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

  3. Once approved, we’ll share return instructions with the return address.

  4. Ship the item back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Let us know in your request, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you based on availability.
